Getting Help with Technology

The SCSD Innovation & Technology team is ready to assist with your classroom and office technology needs during the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday.

Previous requests made through Service-Desk are being transferred to Service-Now, so please do not enter duplicate requests.  
Submitting a Service-Now ticket is quick and simple.  Your username is your Schenectady Email address ([email protected]) and your password is the same as your network logon.

IMPORTANT:  When entering a new service request, please provide contact information in the "More Information" field so our technicians can contact you for follow up questions.

For assistance with critical and urgent issues users may continue to call the helpdesk at extension 411, or 518-881-2411 from an external line.  Calls to the helpdesk will require a follow up 
Service-Now ticket for tracking purposes.
