Seeking Feedback on How Federal Funding Should Be Utilized

The Schenectady City School District has been awarded federal funding in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The funds are called the American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary Schools emergency Relief (ARP ESSER).  The grant funds will provide approximately $15 million in additional funding to spend over the next four school years.  Careful planning for use of the funds is important because they will not continue after the 2024-2025 School Years.

We are seeking stakeholder feedback to help guide the development of the ARP ESSER Budget.  We want to know how you think the funds should be spent to best meet the needs of our students.  Click here for more information and to provide feedback.
