Fall Sports Paperwork 2019

• Sports Packets available in AD office starting Tuesday, June 3.

• Recent Health Update Forms available in AD office starting- Friday, July 19.

• Last date accepting Varsity and JV cards in AD office- Monday, August 26.

• Last date accepting Modified FB cards in AD office- Wednesday, August 30.

• For all other Modified -Friday, September 6

Athletic Placement Process (trying out for a team that is outside of grade placement) is by coach recommendation only.
