Getting Help with Technology

The SCSD Innovation & Technology team is ready to assist with your classroom and office technology needs during the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday.


1. Log a Ticket! - https://servicedesk.schenectady.k12.ny.us/

You can submit an issue or service request through our intuitive ticket system.  Be sure to log in using your Windows account and password.


2. Send an email! - servicedesk@schenectady.k12.ny.us

You can send an email to the Service Desk which will also open a ticket for you.


3. Call us! - x411 or 518-881-2411

The Service Desk can be reached from most classroom phones by dialing 411. If you need to call from outside of school, please dial 518-881-2411 instead.


4. Submit a Let’s Talk! - District website —> Staff —> Let’s Talk

You can also submit a chat request for low priority issues or requests.


Please include as many details as possible when contacting the team to ensure a quick turnaround.
